I ganked this from an Etsy forum...

...if you like.

I have a really simple skin care one that I love. It is for an astringent and moisturizer all in one.

Recipe:

Need:

one empty 8 oz. plastic bottle with dispenser cap

witch hazel

vitamin E oil

geranium or lavender essential oil

To Make:

1. Fill bottle with 7 oz. of witch hazel.

2. Pour 1 oz. of vitamin E oil into bottle with witch hazel.

3. Place 7 drops of geranium or lavender essential oil in bottle.

To Use:

Shake well and pour small amount onto cotton-ball, smooth all over face (use caution in eye area).

Geranium Essential Oil is believed to be good for:

Acne, dull skin and oily skin.

Lavender Essential Oil is believed to be good for:

Acne, burns, dermatitis, itching, oily skin and scars.

The best thing about Witch hazel is you can get it at any drug store (Bartell, Rite Aid, Walgreens)! It's one of the few bath and body product supplies you can really get ANYWHERE!
