Mwendas started out of a love of all things sparkly, funky and cute. Decided to raise this hobby into a whole new level and share with the world. I create handmade jewelry: earrings and bracelets for now but im planning to add lanyards, necklaces and anklets in the near future. I also dabble in handmade greeting cards. Very cute and funky.

Slackstitches was born out of the need to get out of the rat race and release the skills I had learned from my mother but had no time to practice.
