Use wax tarts againI don't always want to use the same scent in my candle burner. If you use the wax "tarts" you know what I mean. I use a jar lid when I'm done with the scent. While the wax is still liquid pour it into a metal jar lid that will fit on your burner and let it cool and save it, then when you want that scent again put the whole thing back on and the wax melts right in the lid.

Thx for a great idea!I like to put essential oils (i don't add water, but some do) to a small spritz bottle, and spray a bit around the house. Not only is the odor improved, but the essential oils combat those nasty ol' odor causing bacteria, as well as viruses.

Thanks for the tip about the tarts. I recently got a tart burner and wasn't sure what I should do with the wax...I'm beginning to get tired of the scent I have in there now.

You could also pour the melted tart wax into those little aluminum muffin tin liners. You'd literally just be molding them back into a tart pattern that you could easily pop out and use again.
Personally....in the winter time, I like to put an old pot of mine on the stove....on that I never use for cooking anymore, fill it with water and then add a few drops of scent, like cinnamon or rose oil and set it to boil. It helps humidify the house and also smells wonderful.
